Next, I actually made it to the free yoga class at church today. It was really great and I'm still riding the energized, clean-breath feeling I got from it. I think I'll go crazy and invest in a yoga mat and all the other little accessories. This particular class is called Strong Bones Yoga, so she focuses on a little extra resistance work to keep bones strong as we age.
Then I went to the store and took advantage of the buy one get one free roasts at the grocery store, came home, chopped, cut, put on a crock pot, cleaned out the old food from the fridge, loaded the dishwasher, took a shower, made my lunch and here I am and I've only been out of the class for two hours!
Sometimes it feels good to learn new things and do new things.
