We changed our Farmer's Market day to Thursday in Bellevue. And since we were up that way, we ate at the Mediterranean Kitchen for our garlic hit of the week.
Anyway, the problem with garlic, if there ever could be one, is this particular restaurant's garlic seasoning is so strong it burns. Though t's not a real problem for me, it is an issue for my husband. To me it's pure bliss, to my husband it means I enter into a "no kissing zone" for a day or so.
If I do get a dead zone kiss (where I'm still in a dead sleep) before he leaves for work, I believe he holds his breath and thinks, "I'm goin' in." It radiates from my skin, and my breath whether I've brushed my teeth or not.
I'm okay with that, not because I dislike my husband, but because the food is so good I'm willing to wager that our relationship is strong enough to handle a No Kissin' Friday once in awhile.
